Alexander Sirovy, CEO
Alexander J. Sirovy is a certified peace officer in the State of Iowa with over 13 years of experience in the field of law enforcement. His career spans multiple disciplines, including corrections, civil process, and patrol operations, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of public safety operations at every level.
Alexander earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Liberty University, graduating Summa Cum Laude (4.0 GPA) in 2022. His academic background, combined with extensive real-world experience, forms the foundation of his analytical, detail-driven, and by-the-book approach to professional consulting.
Throughout his tenure as a peace officer, Alexander has participated in and supported complex, high-level investigations in coordination with the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation, State Fire Marshal’s Office, ATF, and DEA/DNE. These experiences have reinforced his commitment to integrity, accountability, and the importance of distinguishing right from wrong in law enforcement.
With ongoing Union work as a steward, Alexander brings practical, working knowledge of labor relations, collective bargaining environments, and employee representation. This perspective allows him to operate fairly and impartially, balancing organizational needs with employee rights and due process.

Alexander’s organizational, planning, and investigative skills—combined with his understanding of small, rural agencies and larger organizations—allow him to deliver results that are practical, compliant, and sustainable.
